Objective: For Tony Fransen Realtor, the client requested the logo be personal, a hand drawn script, and have a warm beige color palette. Additionally, the client needed the logo to be cohesive with the Block Street Management logo because his businesses often operate in tandem.

Concept: The logo was designed to be welcoming, friendly, gender neutral, and the secondary typeface & color palette both reference the Block Street Management logo.
